How do I refill a prescription?

Every prescription is reviewed and dispensed in person by our licensed pharmacists at our White City location. Most refills are ready in about 20 minutes for in-store pickup, drive-thru, or free local delivery within the Rogue Valley.

How long does it take to fill a prescription?

Most prescriptions are filled in 20 minutes or less. If a medication needs to be ordered in or requires a call to your provider or insurance, we'll let you know the timing when you drop it off.

How do I transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy?

Accepted Answer

Transferring is easy and we do the work for you. Just call us at (541) 826-4414 or stop in with your current prescription bottles, and we'll contact your old pharmacy to move everything over. You don't need to call your previous pharmacy yourself. Have the medication names and your old pharmacy's name and phone number handy and we'll take care of the rest.

Can you sync all my medications to be ready on the same day?

Do you offer automatic refills?

Do you offer free delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer free local delivery throughout the Rogue Valley, including White City, Medford, Central Point, Eagle Point, Shady Cove, Trail, Butte Falls, Prospect, and surrounding rural Jackson County. Delivery is handled directly by Cascade Pharmacy staff. We do not ship medications by mail or carrier, and delivery is not available outside our local service area.
