Moving your prescriptions to Cascade Pharmacy takes just one phone call. We do the paperwork, contact your old pharmacy, and get everything set up. New patients are always welcome.
How to transfer in three steps
Reach out to us
Call us at (541) 826-4414 or stop by the counter or drive-thru. There's no form to fill out and nothing to print.
Share your prescription details
Have your medication names and the name and phone number of your current pharmacy handy. Bringing your prescription bottles works just as well.
We handle the rest
We'll contact your previous pharmacy and move your prescriptions over for you. We'll let you know as soon as they're ready for pickup or local delivery.
Prescriptions are filled for in-person pickup, drive-thru, or free local delivery within the Rogue Valley. We do not ship medications outside our local service area.
